AI trained on your documents and products.
A custom AI model learns from your own material, so it can talk about your products in your terms and your voice. We train it on our own hardware, then help you run it privately.
What you get with a custom model
A model trained on your material
We fine-tune a model on your documents, products and past work, so it handles your kind of tasks in your terms and your style.
Training on our own hardware
We own powerful hardware for training specialized models, and we train yours on it.
Private hosting
When it’s ready, we help you run it on your own hardware, or on a private server rented in the cloud for you.
Built into your work
A model on its own doesn’t save you time. We build it into how you work, for example as a support assistant, a document drafter or a helper for your team.
How it works
-
1
Free consultation
Answer three quick questions, then we talk about what you want the AI to do and what material you have.
-
2
We check if you need one
Sometimes a general model that can look things up in your documents does the job. If so, we’ll recommend that and skip the training.
-
3
We train and test it
We prepare your material, fine-tune the model on our hardware, and test it with you on real questions from your work.
-
4
We set it up where you want it
We help you self-host it, or host it privately on a rented cloud server, then connect it to the tools you use.
Who it’s for
Businesses, professionals and individuals whose work runs on their own knowledge or a particular way of doing things: product catalogs, policies, manuals, past proposals, a house style. For example, a firm that answers the same detailed client questions, a shop with a large product range, or a hobbyist with a specialized project. We’re based in Miami and work remotely with clients anywhere, in English and Spanish.
Questions
How is a custom model different from a regular AI tool?
A general AI tool knows a little about everything and nothing specific about your work. Fine-tuning trains it further on your own material, so it picks up your terms, your style and the patterns in your work. For looking up exact facts, we connect it to your documents as well.
Do I really need a custom AI model?
Not always. Many tasks work well with a general model that can look things up in your documents. We’ll tell you which fits, and only suggest training when it’s worth it.
What do you need to train AI on my own data?
Material that shows how your work is done: documents, product details, help articles, past answers to customers. We’ll look at what you have in the consultation and tell you whether it’s enough.
Who owns the model?
You do. Whatever we train for you is yours, to run on your own hardware or on a private server rented for you. Like any model built on an open one, it also follows that base model’s license, which we go through with you.
Is a custom model the same as private AI?
Not quite. A custom model is about how the AI works, and private AI is about where it runs. You can have either one, or both: a model trained on your material, running on your own hardware.
Want AI that works the way you do?
Tell us what you’d like it to do, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a custom model is the right call.
